✨ “Unpacked”—A Short Reflection on Goodbyes

EMOTIONAL JOURNEY- BY MIDFIELDVOICE

There’s a moment after the goodbye,

When the noise fades,

The hugs dissolve,

And you’re alone with a half-empty room

And a heart too full to explain.

You unpack slowly.

Not clothes — but memories.

A joke that made the whole squad laugh.

The secret look before someone spoke.

The shared silence that didn’t need fixing.

You wonder,

Was that the last time we’d all laugh like that?

You hope not.

But even if it was — it was enough.

So here’s to the magic of temporary spaces,

The strangers who became constants,

The room that became a little universe

…until it didn’t.

Unpacked. But never forgotten. 💼❤️
